An unforgettable fishing experience with Kamikaze! I honestly can’t recommend Kamikaze highly enough. From the moment we started, the entire experience was exceptional. It wasn’t just about getting out on the water and catching fish, it was the professionalism, knowledge, atmosphere and the way the whole team made the day so enjoyable. You can immediately see that Kamikaze is run by people who genuinely love fishing and take pride in giving their clients an experience they’ll remember. Everything was well organised, the boat and equipment were excellent, and the attention to detail throughout the trip really stood out. A very special thank you to Tyler. I’ve watched Tyler’s passion for fishing grow from rivers and dams to the deep blue sea, but experiencing that passion firsthand aboard Kamikaze was something completely different. My first trip out on Kamikaze was honestly one of the most incredible experiences, and I’ve been hooked on deep-sea fishing ever since. Captain Twest has a way of making everyone on board feel comfortable and involved, whether you’re an experienced angler or holding a rod offshore for the first time. What stood out most for me was that he didn’t simply help me catch fish - he took the time to teach me, explain what we were doing and let me experience it for myself. You can genuinely feel how much knowledge, passion and respect he has for the ocean. If you’re looking for more than just a boat trip and want a proper deep-sea fishing experience, I couldn’t recommend a charter aboard Kamikaze with Captain Twest highly enough.

The gear is seriously dialled in, but what really sets these guys apart is the knowledge and passion. You can tell they live for this stuff - constantly looking for the next opportunity to put you onto a proper fish. Mega knowledgeable, seriously skilled and bloody enthusiastic. They know the water, know the gear and aren’t messing around when it comes to chasing big fish. Kamikaze (Divine wind or attack pilot). I've fished with Tyler on Kamikaze on a few occasions in the recent past. Was unbelievable to say the least, catching Barracuda and Dorado is the side benefits of the fantastic onboard hospitality and great company. Tyler fishes hard! Hunts the game fish as a Kamikaze pilot would lock onto his target. I can seriously recommend team Kamikaze, if you get the gap to fish the waters, North, East or South, I recommend Westwater!
